We think ebooks are great. We also think print books are great, too. We believe you should only buy a book once, so we’ve made it easy for you to get hold of an ebook version if you’ve bought a print version of an Infected Books title. Follow this link to find out how.

All UK orders are delivered free of charge. Costs for international deliveries are calculated by weight, with one rate used for European orders, another for orders received from everywhere else. To calculate shipping, visit our store, add the books you’re interested in to your cart, then use the calculator at the bottom of the checkout screen.

That’s a great question! The world is currently full of uncertainty, and we’re finding that some parcels are being delivered surprisingly quickly, while others are taking their time. We dispatch books as soon as we can – no later than the next business day – and use the Royal Mail International Economy service. The currently stated latest delivery times are as follows:
Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
North America in up to 6 weeks
South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
Australia in up to 12 weeks.

You can be safe in the knowledge that in over 15 years of sending books overseas, only a handful out of thousands of orders have ever failed to arrive at their destination. If your order isn’t received, or is damaged in any way, we’ll get a replacement issued without hesitation.

Following the UK’s exit of the EU, VAT rules have changed. Infected Books is a small, independent business. For us to ship EU orders directly, we’d need to be registered for VAT in every individual EU member country. This would be a prohibitively expensive and time-consuming task. To get around this problem and continue to get our books into the hands of readers in the EU, we use eBay and Etsy as intermediaries. Please visit our eBay or Etsy store to make your order. Yes. We’ve been selling online since 2001 and have thousands of satisfied customers around the world. All orders are processed via our secure website, and you have the option of making payment by Paypal, by debit or credit card, or by Amazon checkout.

Absolutely – you’ll have opportunity to request a specific dedication via the checkout page.

We currently use a mixture of Royal Mail and other couriers, depending on the size and destination or your order. You’ll receive full details, with tracking information where available, when your order is shipped.

Absolutely. We will never use your personal information for any reason other than to process your order or, if you’ve given us permission, to let you know about future David Moody/Infected Books releases. All payments are processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, or Amazon, so we don’t ever have access to your financial information. You can find our full privacy policy here.

We only use phone numbers in connection with order deliveries. Your details may be passed on to a courier (where this service is used) who may contact you in the event of any issues delivering your package.

We’ll happily refund the cost (less shipping) of any books that are returned to us within thirty days of purchase. The exception to this is that we do not refund books where a specific personalisation has been requested. You can read our full returns policy here.
